2003-09-24 - 7:46 p.m. I'm not even going to try to sum up the past 2 weeks. OK, yes I am - but it is the reeeeeeally reeeeeeeeeeeeeally condensed version. Disjointed, and not in correct order - but it really doesn't matter, does it? Received the child support. Paid rent through October. Bought myself a brand new laptop. Its name is Indigo (gender as yet unclear - we have yet to have an argument). Helped Jenny move. Became increasingly annoyed with how my department at work is anaged. Went on several interviews. Nothing promising yet. Went to the eye doctor. Ordered new glasses. Am considering laser eye surgery. Am planning my son's 4th birthday party for Sunday October 5th. Am drafting my resignation letter for work. Mini-flood in basement. Broken washing machine. Told landlord. Poof - washer replaced. And someone is supposed to be coming by to fix the sewer pipe so that the basement does not flood again. It's nice to have a good landlord. Made a new friend or two. Reunited with a few old friends as well. yay! :)
